Pickup Prepaid Order

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday at our web site may be collected the same day after 3.00 pm and before 5.30 pm from our good friends nördenfine.

For Same Day or any day after collection:

  1. All orders must be successfully prepaid on line at our website.

  2. Orders must be placed before 12 noon on the specified days for same day collection.

  3. nördenfine only act as a collection point. All matters relating to the order must be directed to violet moon works.

  4. Bring with you:

    1.  The order number of your transaction. This can be found in the Order Status email sent to you when the order was successfully completed, such as, Order Number: 29747. You can also log on to My Account at violet moon works to see your orders. The order number will start with the symbol #, such as, #29747.

    2. the Credit Card used to pay for the order.

  5. You will be required to sign a collection docket which must match the Credit Card signature.

Definitions and Conditions

Items cannot be collected without the transaction order number and the credit card used to pay for the transaction. Our normal Terms of Trade apply to collected orders. Same day pickup applies only to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. All times listed are EST (Daylight Savings Observed) in the state of Victoria, Australia. Excludes Public Holidays as observed in Geelong VIC. Conditions subject to change. violet moon works reserves the right to refuse an order.
