Shipping within Australia
Either by Australian air Express, Registered Post or Platinum Express Post, you can select to send by Platinum Express or Registered Post. Goods shipped by Platinum or Registered Post can be sent to either a street address or a Post Office Box within Australia. Platinum Express deliveries to a Post Office Box maybe delivered later than normal. All methods of shipping will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery then the courier should leave a card with information regarding delivery.

International Shipping
You must supply a street address for delivery. The customer is responsible for compliance to import regulations and conditions of the destination country. We ship all international items with a Commercial Invoice and a Customs Declaration. Items are shipped by ECI (Express Courier International) or FedEx. We will select the fastest and safest delivery method based on your address and country. All methods of shipping will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is available to sign for the delivery then the courier will leave a card with information regarding delivery or attempt a repeat delivery the following business day. International Shipping times are country and your address dependent, but typical times are 3 - 7 days from placing your order to major cities in Asia - Pacific region, North America and Europe. Once we process your order we will send you information that will allow you to track your shipment on the Internet. Shipping Times For Orders Paid by Credit or Debit Card.
Orders placed on a business day** before 12 noon* ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon* ship the next business day.

Shipping Notifications
A confirmation e-mail will be sent when you place your order (subject to supply of a correct email address and Internet connection). When your order is sent you will receive an e-mail advising of the shipping method with a tracking or registered number included.

Delivery Times for Orders Placed at www.violetmoonworks.com.au
Orders submitted before *midday on a **business day will ship the same day. If you select Platinum Express and your delivery address is within the ***Australia Post Platinum Express Network, then scheduled delivery will be the next business day. Example: Order before midday on a Monday, expected delivery Tuesday. Order before midday Friday, expected delivery  Monday.

Orders submitted after *midday on a **business day will ship the next business day. If you select Platinum Express and your delivery address is within the ***Australia Post Platinum Express Network, then scheduled delivery will be the next business day. Example: Order after midday on a Monday, expected delivery Wednesday. Order after midday Friday, expected delivery Tuesday.

Orders submitted on a **non business day will ship the next business day. If you select Platinum Express and your delivery address is within the ***Australia Post Platinum Express Network, then scheduled delivery will be the next business day. Example: Order on a Saturday, expected delivery Tuesday.

Shipping by Platinum Express
If you select Platinum Express and your postcode is not in the Platinum Network then the delivery time will be the fastest possible delivery on a non-guaranteed basis by Australia Post.

Exceptions to Delivery Times
Your postcode is not in the Australia Post Platinum Express Network for items sent from Victoria.
Some orders over 20 Kilograms and/or unusual quantities. Maximum Length 105 cm Girth 140 cm.
Venetian masks, over sized items and items requiring special packaging.
Depending on your delivery address, time for these items is normally 1 - 8 days from shipping day.
Incorrect address information supplied may result in your delivery being delayed.
Orders paid for by Direct Deposit will not ship until the funds are cleared.

Violet moon works will lodge your processed order with Australia Post or other courier(s) according to the details in our above Delivery Times and Exceptions to Delivery Time.

Delivery times are based on the published delivery times of Australia Post and Australian Air Express and are not guaranteed by violet moon works. We will not refund or accept returns on any item that fails to be delivered on time as a result of delays or errors by delivery services, couriers and their agents.
