Yes. You can place an order with us at anytime.

What methods of payment can I use?
Online we accept Visa and Master Card Credit or Debit Cards and Direct Deposit. Orders paid for by Visa or Master Card ship as stated in our shipping information. Orders paid by Direct Deposit do not ship until funds are cleared, usually 2 - 3 business days.

Will I receive e-mail updates when I place an order?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent when you place your order. When your order is sent you will receive an e-mail advising you of the shipping method with a tracking or registered number included.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
For most products; if your order is placed before 12 noon it will ship the same day. After 12 noon it will ship the next day. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday to Friday inclusive. There are no deliveries on Saturday or Sunday. If you are in the Platinum Express Network then you will receive your order the day after it ships. What determines the shipping and handling charge?
The charge varies with the quantity, size, weight and class of objects purchased and the final destination.

What is your minimum shipping and handling charge?
Shipping and handling charge is calculated at the checkout. Depending on your postcode you have a choice of Platinum & International Express or Registered Post (Australia only).

How do I find out the Shipping & Handling charge before submitting my order?
You can add items to your cart then go to the CHECKOUT to see the final shipping and handling charge. There is no obligation to complete the order if you do not wish to, plus you can always edit the items in the cart before submitting the final part of the purchase process.

Can you send my order by a method that I choose?
No, our system only caters for the methods listed under Shipping.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday at our web site may be collected the same day after 3.00 pm and before 5.30 pm. Please see special requirements to Pickup A Prepaid Order.

What is your minimum sale?
Orders must be AU$20.00 or greater without adding in the shipping and handling fee.

What happens if I submit an order under AU$20.00?
You will be charged an additional AU$12.50 small order fee service charge.

Can I return my purchases?
All products sold by Violet Moon Works Pty Ltd are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty that accompanies the product or is available from the manufacturer. Violet Moon Works Pty Ltd makes no additional or independent warranty. Please note because of health issues items of a personal nature, such as, make-up, applicators, masks, dance wear, etcetera cannot be returned. In addition, CDs, DVDs, videos, and books cannot be returned. If you have any problems with our goods please contact us first and we will work towards a satisfactory outcome. We value our reputation and stand by our products.

What happens if some of the items I order are out of stock?
If an item is on our web site then we have it in stock. If for some reason we cannot supply an item then we will send you an e-mail.

When is my credit card charged?
Only when your order is ready to ship.
